4 June 2018, Sao Paulo, Brazil ~ Zells Zenyatta stayed true to the favorite’s tag in winning the HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Global Arabian Horse Flat Racing Festival’s Grande Premio Wathba Stallions (Group 3) in the Year of Zayed race in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The imported Zells Zenyatta, trained by AGS Correa and owned by Rodrigo Schulze, was given a perfect ride by jockey J Rogerio, as the pre-race favourite stepped up the pace in the final stretch to register a smart win. Marei Rach under V Souza and Heron HVP under M. Ribiero finished second and third respectively.

I’m happy because Zells Zanyatta broke the distance record. She is a fantastic mare who has won five races from six and we are looking forward to the next challenges,” said Schulze.
