Burning Sand International applauds 2012 success

We have some very good news here in the USA for Burning Sand Runners.  Burning Sand sired horses have won every stakes race run in the USA in 2012!

Stakes races in review:

February 18, 2012 – Grade 2 – Texas Six Shooter – winner TM Junior Johnson (x Queen Kong) and Texas Yellow Rose winner Ms. Dixie (x Dixie Darlene) at Sam Houston Race Park.

On March 3rd at Sam Houston Race Park TM Junior Johnson (x Queen Kong) wins the Grade 3 HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Cup.

On the same night Sanddpiper (x Novelynn) and TM Super Bird (x Heaven Kan Wait) finish first and second in the HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies IFAHR Cup.

May 19, 2012 at the first Arabian race run at Pimlico (and on Preakness day!) TM Fred Texas (x Queen Kong) wins the Grade 1 2012 President of the United Arab Emirates Cup!

Also on May 19th – Sanddpiper (x Novelynn) and Ms. Dixie (x Dixie Darlene) run first and second in the Delaware Park Season Opener Distaff.

May 26, 2012 Ms. Dixie (x Dixie Darlene) claims victory in the COBRA Distaff Spring Stakes at Arapahoe Park.

So Big Is Better

June 3, 2012 at Arapahoe Park So Big Is Better (x WW Mirror Image) wins the COBRA Sprint Stakes by 5 ¼ lengths.

June 23, 2012 in the The Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Cup Grade III, Sand De Wind (x TF Desert Jewel) followed by Qjuick Sand PW (x Doya Juana Dance) ran 1st and 2nd for another Burning Sand exacta!

Just yesterday, At Pleasanton, a Burning Sand exacta with By Golly Its Hot (x Golly Gal) an impressive first and Burning Speed MKP (x Scarlet O Sara) running second..

Also on July 4th at Delaware Park in the Dr. Sam Harrison Juvenile Arabian Filly Stakes – a Burning Sand Trifecta. Wycked (x Frynch), Mahra T (x Tikis French Kiss) and Sugar Sand (x Tri Tiki Joy)
