Oman riders ready for the World Endurance Championship 2012

      August 14, 2012 PARIS ~ Horse riders of the  Omani Royal Cavalry qualified for the World Endurance Championship 2012 to be held on August 25 in Britain with participation of 143 riders from forty countries around the world. The Royal Court Affairs (RCA) honoured the endurance team at the training camp in the French city of Fontainebleau.

Royal Cavalry’s Abdullah al Siyabi and Hisham al Farsi became the latest riders from Oman to qualify.  Siyabi and Farsi joined other Omani riders who had already qualified:  Sami Al Balushi, Ahmed Al Hamdani, Mahmood Al Fori, Adil Al Balushi, and Ali Al Farsi.

The World Championship is organised by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).
