June 9, 2012, Berlin ~ The baton was passed and the announcement made at the Gala Dinner that closed the World Arabian Horse Racing Conference Germany 2012.  The fourth edition of this World Arabian Horse Racing Conference will be hosted in Toulouse, France, in June 2013.
